Step1: Select recorded file in the recording panel list first, and then click “Add to” to add these file into iTunes.

The added files will be automatically classified in the Music or Movies Category in LIBRARY.
Step3: Sync your iPod
Connect your iPod to your computer. When the iPod icon appears in the iTunes window (below Devices), select it.
