How to record SHOUTcast

Question:
Record Shoutcast stream with slightly overlapping songs…
I am a huge Shoutcast fan, and am new to the whole recording thing. I have read up a decent amount and I am looking for any good PC programs that can Record Shoutcast for me. I want to record a streaming station (specifically Sky.fm’s hits station), and have it basically tag and separate each song into mp3′s.
Can anyone recommend any streaming record software that can handle this? Please lead me in the right direction… since this would be so great to be able to do. I’d really like to record SHOUTcast music and streams for my collection. Thank you in advance for answer.
